Proven work experiences as a video editor / videographer. Prefer having experience in studio/cinematography.• Excellent capability in camera, video shooting, video editing and creative graphic design.• Solid experiences with digital editing softwares, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, VideoScribe, etc.• Familiarity with animation, special effects, 3D, lighting, dan compositing.• Able to work together with Subject Matter Expert (SME) in producing video course program.• Have strong creative thinking ability with strong communication, leadership and people skills.• Able to work under pressures with various project timelines.• English capabilities.

Meeting negotiation and dealing budget to client• Handles the numerous details of booking talent as requested by Creative Team.• Work with legal and law department to make and arranging the terms and conditions of performing artist/talent contracts.• Working closely with the talent's agent or manager, the coordinator relays final details, answers questions, gets approvals and signatures on contracts.• Work with finance department to make and manage artist/talent's payments after their performance and overseeing the budget.• Supervise the field of each program/project/event.

Supporting finance team for checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions. Continuously suggest and execute process improvements. Supporting finance-related ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external use
Majoring in Psychology & People Management from reputable university, or still in last semester without attending any class• Understanding end-to-end processes in Human Resources• Understanding PPh 21 is a plus point• Active, multitasking and able to work with deadlines• Preferably those who can join as soon as possible
